Escort makes three categories of quality radar detectors. The passport 9500i, the passport 8500, and the Solo S2 are the models.

The Escort Passport 9500i is one of the most popular out there! It has all band protection, is quiet and has voice alerts. Something new that they have added to this is the GPS powered true-lock filter.

Escort has also come out with the Escort Passport 9500ix. It has great long range coverage. A really nice feature is that the detector comes with locations of safety cameras, red light and speed cameras.

The Escort passport Solo is an Escort cordless radar detector. The detector features 360 degree radar and laser detection. Just pop in two AA batteries and drive with ease.

The Escort Passport 8500 x50 is comes in two different versions. They make a 8500 x50 with a blue display or a red display. This model allows for you to customize your features.

Escort also makes a few custom installed radar detectors. 1These are bit pricier than other models. They can go as high as $1599.95. The cheapest available is the Shifter 7r4. It starts out at $499.99.
